Terms and Conditions

 

 ia Academy Courses Fees, Registration, and Refund Policy

 

1. Attendance and Refund Policy：  

   If a student is unable to attend or complete the course for any reason (unless the course is cancelled by ia Academy), no refund or rights to subsequent courses will be granted.
 

2. Deposit：  

  The deposit is non-refundable.

 

3. Balance Payment：  

   The full course fees must be paid to ia Academy at least 7 days prior to the start of the course. Failure to make the payment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

4. Registration Requirements：  

   Students accept registration under the condition that they agree to attend the course on the date and time specified in the confirmation email.

 

5. Payment Requirements：  

   Students must have paid the full amount by the start of the course to be accepted.

 

6. Non-Transferable：  

  Course fees, deposits, and other payments are non-transferable.

 

Class Schedule and Attendance

 

7. First Day Attendance：  

   Students must attend on the first day.

 

8. Class Punctuality：  

  The course will start on time. Late students may have to wait until an appropriate break to enter. Class times may vary at the discretion of the tutors.

 

9. Single Day Attendance：  

    Students who register for a one-day course must attend the entire course; partial attendance is not permitted.

 

10. Recording and Filming：  

    Due to potential copyright infringement, the use of cameras is prohibited. The use of recording devices may be permitted with prior arrangement.

 

11. Additional Instructional Time：  

    ia Academy and individual instructors are not responsible for providing additional instructional time for students who miss education due to tardiness or absence.
 

 

12. Course Contents and Fees：  

    All course content and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the academy without prior notice.

 

13. Privacy：  

   ia Academy will not share your personal information with third parties, except as required for registration and certification purposes.

14. Minimum Age：  

    ia Academy is a mature training environment. Students must be at least 18 years old. Students who are 16 years old may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided they have parental consent and a perfect attendance record.

 

15. Course Survey：  

    We recommend thoroughly researching the course before registering. Please communicate with our advisory team for any inquiries.

16. Importance of Attendance：  

    Maintaining good punctuality and attendance is crucial. Tutors are not responsible for information missed due to tardiness or absence.

 

17. Behavioral Expectations：  

    To maintain a professional environment, all students must adhere to the rules and regulations. Non-compliance will result in disciplinary action, and repeated disruptive behavior may lead to expulsion.

 

18. Payment Schedule：  

    All course fees must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the start of the course. The deposit is non-refundable unless the course is canceled by the academy. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 5 days of the course start date. Leaving the course for any reason does not entitle the student to a refund or a substitute course.
